A Reflection from Danielle…

When you make positive changes, it can have a positive ripple effect around you.

You can shift the past traumatic memories and experiences that keep you stuck in patterns of behaviour that no longer work for you.

I remember facing the behaviours that were causing me pain. I didn’t realise the impact of my past and how it played out in my everyday life.

I felt vulnerable. I felt hurt. I would self-sabotage. I knew life could be different and that I could feel better. I learnt more about myself and how to be me more functional, rather than act out of my pain.

I spent time prioritising myself. Processing past experiences and learning more healthy behaviour to be the most authentic version of myself. Change is in behaviour.

Our brains can heal and we can continually learn and grow- it’s the beauty of being human.
